Grow fresh leaf mustard at home!
Popular in many mind-blowing cuisines (Italian, Indian, and Japanese to name a few), leaf mustard is as healthy as it is versatile. High in vitamins A, K, and C, as well as flavonoids and dietary fiber, leaf mustard is a winner, hands down.

Harvest in: 5 - 6 weeks
Grows best at: 18°C – 24°C
- Please note that Leaf Mustard is heat sensitive and grows best at 64 to 72 °F (18 to 22°C). If the temperature is higher than 75°F (24°C), then germination is inhibited and plants tend to bolt too early.
- It may appear to be growing slowly at the beginning. Once it has germinated, growth will soon accelerate.
- You may start harvesting single leaves approximately three to four weeks after planting or harvest the whole pod after five to six weeks of growing - it is up to you.
- Please note! As the plant matures, the leaves develop a stronger and more pungent taste. If you prefer a milder mustard taste, harvest it in five to six weeks.
- If your Leaf Mustard is bolting or already flowering, it will not produce more delicious leaves. You can, however, use these edible little white flowers to garnish your dishes. It will add some spice to your food!
