SITOP select diagnostics module 4-channel input: 24 V DC/40 A output: 24 V DC/4x 10 A threshold adjustable 2-10 A The SITOP select diagnostics module is the optimum enhancement for all 24 V power supplies to distribute the load current to several feeders and to monitor it. Overloads and short-circuits in one or more feeders are detected reliably. The electronics permit brief current peaks caused, for example, by high inrush currents, but disconnect feeders in the event of an extended overload. This is ensured even on high-resistance lines and in the case of creeping short-circuits. The intact feeders continue to be supplied with 24 V on an absolutely interruption- and reaction-free basis and plant downtimes are minimized. Signaling of the faulty channel takes place via the LEDs on the device and common signaling contact. Regardless of the industry or requirement: Siemens offers reliable and efficient power supplies for any plant.
