The InLine® SC fiber optic cable coupler in a short version (only 74 mm long) provides a stable, weatherproof connection for SC duplex fiber optic cables. Thanks to its compact design, the coupler is ideal for installations in tight enclosures, DIN rail boxes, or outdoor applications.
The robust PA66 plastic housing, combined with the high-quality silicone seal, ensures reliable protection against dust, water, and mechanical stress – in accordance with IP68. The pre-assembled SC duplex module is compatible with UPC or APC polish and is perfect for single-mode applications.
Tool-free installation is achieved using the proven screw system with green sealing ring and rubber seal – simply feed the cable through, screw it in place, and seal it. The M20 thread allows integration into standardized housing openings. According to the instructions, repeated installation is also possible without losing the protective effect.
This fiber optic coupling is ideal for applications where reliability, protection, and space savings are required – e.g., in network technology, automation, or building cabling.
