Whether your biking or walking, the Uphill 12 bike backpack weighing in at just 380 grams is always a reliable companion. Despite the minimalist features, cyclists can count on full comfort. The main compartment with an asymmetrical opening offers a volume of 12 liters; a flat, stretchy mesh pocket and a zip side pocket provide access to your phone or snacks without having to take off the lightweight bike pack. The front lacing serves three functions: storage for a wind or rain jacket when the main compartment is full, compression for smaller loads and attachment for trekking poles. 3 D mesh on the back and shoulder straps provides good ventilation for biking or hiking. Reflective elements are integrated into the design, a hydration system port and a rain cover in the pack bag complete the features of this multi-talent. All materials have a high recycled content. The ultralight siliconized main material of this lightweight pack was made using a certified mass balance process in which pyrolysis oil is extracted from end-of-life tires and fed into a conventional polyamide production process. Chemical recycling reduces CO2 emissions by up to 60%. In addition, this product is climate neutral. We’ve analyzed and systematically reduced all emissions arising from materials, manufacturing, and shipping. Emissions that are currently unavoidable were fully offset by the independent non-profit organization myclimate.
