The InLine® 1x4 HDMI Splitter enables the simultaneous distribution of an HDMI signal from one source to up to four display devices. All connected displays output identical image and sound signals. The device is suitable for installations where content is to be displayed synchronously on multiple screens.
The splitter supports HDMI 2.0b and HDCP 2.2 and processes data rates of up to 18 Gb/s. Resolutions of up to 3840 x 2160 @ 60 Hz are supported. This enables the transmission of 4K signals with 60 Hz and 4:4:4 colour sampling. Full HD and 3D formats are also processed.
The integrated EDID management allows the output signal to be adjusted to the connected displays. In STD mode, a fixed EDID with 1920 x 1080 @ 60 Hz and 2-channel audio is used. In TV mode, the EDID of the display connected to HDMI output 1 is used.
In addition to video transmission, the device supports high-quality audio formats such as LPCM up to 7.1 channels, Dolby TrueHD and DTS-HD Master Audio. The metal housing ensures mechanical stability in the installation environment. Power is supplied via an external 5.0 V power supply unit.
The integrated service connection is used exclusively for firmware updates.
