USB 3.0
The heart of the AD-03's communication is the USB (Universal Serial Bus) interface in its modern and efficient 3.0 version. It provides an extremely stable and reliable connection between the enclosure and your desktop or laptop, guaranteeing smooth, uninterrupted operation.

HIGH SPEED
Time is money, so the AK-873 guarantees lightning-fast data transfers. Transmission speeds reach up to 5 Gb/s (Gigabits per second – a unit of measurement for the amount of data transferred over time; in practice, this means being able to copy a high-quality movie in just a few to a dozen or so seconds). The enclosure fully utilizes the potential of the SATA (Serial Advanced Technology Attachment) interface – a standard connector and bus used to connect mass storage devices to a computer). To ensure stable and secure operation of even the most demanding and largest drives (especially those in the 3.5" format), a dedicated auxiliary power supply with parameters of 12 V⎓2 A (V – Volt, a unit of electrical voltage; A – Ampere, a unit of electrical current) is included.
