Network Health and Maintenance Operation (Network HMO) Program is a complete offering of care plans for your Larscom equipment. Much more than a simple warranty, the Network HMO Program lets you choose the level of repair and maintenance support you want.
Network HMO includes three different plans - Bronze, Silver and Gold - each of which has different support levels from which to choose. By opening and accepting your Larscom product you are automatically covered under Basic Coverage. The other Network HMO plans provide additional levels of coverage, letting you pick the plan that best fits your needs.
The Siver Plan allows for all Basic Coverage features plus 24-hour phone-in technical support and next-business-day advance replacement of defective units.
