The SD3410 and SD5410 series, from Honeywell, are a family of silicon photodarlingtons. They are in standard TO-46 metal can packages with either a flat window or domed glass lens option. The flat window offers a a wide acceptance angle and the domed lens offers a narrow beam acceptance angle. Their TO-46 metal can packages makes the SD3410/5410 photodarlingtons suitable for use in harsh environments.
