TX-184 is a small universal OBD II code reader used to check the engine system on all OBDII standard vehicles. It provides do-it-yourselfers and car owners with a convenient tool for reading and clearing fault codes. Determines the cause of the check engine light (MIL) "Reads out hard (memory), pending (intermittent), historical codes and displays their definitions. Turns off the check engine light (MIL), clears codes and displays I/M readiness status (emissions). Retrieves vehicle information (VIN, CIN and CVN) The product is easy to use, three button plug and play.
