The InLine® SmartHome IR Remote Control Centre enables intelligent control of classic infrared devices via a WiFi network. Existing devices such as TVs, hi-fi systems, receivers or air conditioning systems can be integrated into modern smart home structures without replacement.
Integration into the home network via 2.4 GHz WiFi in accordance with IEEE802.11b/g/n makes setup easy using the Smart Life app. The integrated DIY learning mode allows almost all IR remote controls in the 38-56 kHz frequency range to be programmed. This means that older devices can continue to be used and controlled smartly at the same time.
The IR range is up to 7 m. For optimal signal distribution, a slightly elevated position in the room is recommended. The WiFi range is up to 45 m, depending on local conditions.
