With a grilling surface that's divided into two parts, this 2-in-1 grill prepares meat and meatless meals. The heat-insulated handles make the grill easy to carry. The grill features a granite durable surface that is easy to clean.
The ample 44 x 25 cm grilling surface is divided into two sections. The first one is ribbed, suitable for cooking any kind of meat, steaks or sausages. The ribbed surface ensures the juiciness of the meat and in turn prevents unwanted stewing. The smooth one is mainly for grilling vegetables, potatoes, pastries or cheese. The smooth surface browns the inserted ingredients quickly and crispily. The advantage is that you can grill different types of food at the same time.
You can easily determine the temperature and type of grilling on the clear thermostat. If you select "Warm", you can thaw or reheat the inserted food. The first level (-) is used to keep food warm, the second (--) to grill vegetables, fish, sausages. The third (---) is used for grilling various types of meat.
The advantage of this grill is the durable granite surface of the grill plate, which is a guarantee of healthy food preparation, as it does not release any harmful substances. In addition, you only need to add a minimum of oil. It is twice as hard as other surfaces and therefore scratch-resistant. The practical drip tray catches excess oil.
Only grill fresh meat, not thawed meat. This would let the juices out and dry out after grilling. We recommend grilling 1 to 2 cm high slices of meat and ideally avoid chops with bone. Do not pierce the steak during grilling so that the juices do not run out. After grilling, season the meat with salt at the end so that it is not tough and season as desired. We wish you a good taste.
Side heat resistant handles are provided for easy handling and carrying of the grill. The granite surface makes cleaning the grill quick and easy. The non-slip feet guarantee the grill's strength and stability on any table.
