ESGE-Zauberstab® processor 5085 sort

The ideal addition to the ESGE-Zauberstab®: the processor including powder disc! Dry ingredients can be chopped or finely ground in no time. This gives salads, dips, sauces or dressings their spicy, final kick. The fixed but also removable double-bladed stainless steel knife ensures that everything is chopped extra gently and preserves the aroma. Whether dried herbs or vegetables, hard cheese, nuts or grains - everything is chopped effortlessly in the processor. The powder disc, which is included in the equipment, means that even the smallest quantities can be processed. For the pinch of black pepper or chili flakes...

The transparent lid means that you always have a good view of the contents and can thus perfectly control the fineness of the ground material. If you want to make peanut butter, the nuts should be chopped very finely; if you want to chop seeds for homemade grain bread, they can be a little chunkier. Dried bread can be turned into breadcrumbs in a matter of seconds at the touch of a button. The 200ml processor is quick and easy to clean. It is designed for all ESGE Zauberstab® models except for “Gastro” and “Maître”.
