The InLine® hard disk decoupler was specially designed for professional use in desktop systems, workstations or industrial PCs. It enables the installation of an 8.89 cm (3.5") hard disk in a free 13.34 cm (5.25") bay. The robust metal design enables secure and permanent installation.
The special feature is the effective mechanical decoupling: four elastic rubber bearings prevent the transmission of vibrations and associated noise to the PC housing. This is particularly advantageous in noise-sensitive environments or in systems with high hard disk activity.
